Smokefree Innotec European Subsidiary Obtains Agreement for $425,000 Line of Credit

NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - 01/25/10) - Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (Pinksheets:SFIO - News) (http://www.sfio.us or http://www.realsmokefree.com) announced today that it has been confirmed that the KBC Bank of Brussels, Belgium, has conditionally agreed to open a secured credit line of 300,000 Euros (US$425,000), valid until June 30, 2013 for Smokefree Innotec Bvba, the Belgian subsidiary of Smokefree Innotec, Inc., to finance manufacturing and distribution of its smokefree product.

Smokefree Innotec President Thomas Schroepfer stated, "The KBC credit facility and Smokefree Innotec's policy to charge 60% advance payment for each order of REAL Smokefree, the world's first totally smoke and vapor free hi-tec cigarette, will enable SFI adequate financing to meet the increasing demand in 2010. The backing of the Flemish Government is being arranged to secure this banking arrangement."

Smokefree Innotec BvbA in Antwerp is negotiating with further chains of casinos in Belgium, France and Germany for quick delivery to them of this revolutionary product on short notice for them to continually carry Smokefree Innotec products.

Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (SFIO) Meets Financial Requirements for $400,000 Bank Line of Credit

NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - 03/15/10) - Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (Pinksheets:SFIO - News) (http://www.sfio.us or http://www.realsmokefree.com) announced today that by lodging 100,000 Euros (approximately $135,000) as a required pledge, the company has met the basic financial requirements for a line of credit being granted by a prominent European bank. In addition, SFI is pledging receivables and inventory of its Belgian subsidiary Smokefree Innotec, Inc. bvba in the amount of 200,000 Euros, bringing the pledge for the line of credit to 300,000 Euros or $408,000 in total. The credit line, with a 75% guarantee by the Flemish Government already in place, will be activated upon delivery of a satisfying and duly signed contract already negotiated between a major distributor and Smokefree Innotec bvba. The credit facility will be utilized to pay for listing the product at the distributor's accounts and financing of inventory. Funding for the pledge was derived by the Company from both private placements and gross profits on revenues after expenses.
