Thumbs up ZLDV---IN PLAY ....PROFILE ON "OTC' STOCKSHARK.COM

ZLDV----Zaldiva , Inc.....Looks like it has come to life today...This is a super tight deal and these shares are a bottom for sure...News of 5 upcoming acquisitions on the horizon and with Disney buying Marvel the Comic industry needs a new "Captain of the Comics" so to speak ...ZLDV is a likely candidate , so do your own DD and see how deeply undervalued these shares are at the moment ...Also , this sucker moves on air ....These are of course just my opinions and I have been known to be wrong from time to time...Full ZLDV profile on "OTC" StockShark.com....happy trading.....

Thumbs up ZLDV-ZALDIVA , INC...NICE PR MOMO SHOULD CONTINUE

ZLDV---Zaldiva , Inc....Looks as though ZLDV's stock got a much needed wake up call today 10/13/09....Over 70k in volume most of it buy side (90%) and closed in the green (which is always good , right ) Full profile of ZLDV on
"OTC" StockShark.com sound fundamental company...With Disney buying out Marvel Comics last month someone is going to be shot to the forefront of the "PRINT" Comic book mountain...Marvel was such a mainstay that it will take a bit of time to transition but , no doubt Zaldiva is more than qualified to pave new collectors streets with new and fresh "print" comics ...Already a battle)solid storefront on Florida talk of a new boutique in Hollywood is in the works , this means much more exposure and attraction of big names for signings , openings , ect.....ZLDV is in a very good spot at the right time (half the battle) Bellow is the latest PR with much more to come ...ZLDV is way undervalued at these prices just based on the current business operations (ebay , ect..) Once ZLDV starts rolling out the 5 new crucial steps of progress and acquisitions then the stock will surge from these low levels ....Please do your own DD start with the PR below and the full profile on "OTC" StockSharkk.com and see for yourself ...Look for a lot more positive progress from ZLDV on a consistent basis very soon ...As always these are just my opinions and I have been known to ne wrong from time to time ...Happy Trading .....

ZALDIVA LOGICAL CHOICE FOR BLOOMINGDALE’S NEW DC LINES

Bloomingdale’s, DC COMICS and ZALDIVA TO CELEBRATE 75th ANNIVERSARY of SUPERMAN

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., October 14, 2009 -- Zaldiva, Inc., A Florida Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ZLDV - News), (Xetra/Frankfurt Exchange: UZ8) and a leader in Pop Culture collectibles, comic books, memorabilia and online auctions headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida today announced they are working with Bloomingdale’s Aventura and Miami to support its new DC Comics Shop in the Men’s Store.

As part of the 75th anniversary of the first Superman comic, Bloomingdale's has announced an exclusive partnership with DC Comics, and will sell Superman-themed clothing for men and kids this holiday season.

The Bloomingdale’s Men’s Store is celebrating 75 years of DC Comics with NEW YORK NIGHTS, an action-packed night of new looks, Gotham style, personalized drawings by artists and superhero cocktails on Wednesday October 14 from 6-8 PM at their Aventura store. Zaldiva was approached to bring the DC experience to Bloomingdale’s and will be holding a raffle of an original piece of artwork based on a DC character. Additionally, Zaldiva will host a DC video game as well as other original artwork and DC collectibles. “Zaldiva is the premiere comics and collectible store in South Florida and was therefore the logical partner for Bloomingdale’s to help launch our new DC Comic Shops,” said Eileen Alkabes, Director of Public Relations for Bloomingdale’s Aventura and Miami.

Bloomingdale's is America's only nationwide, full-line, upscale department store; and a division of Macy's, Inc. (NYSE: M‎). It was founded in 1872 and currently operates 40 stores in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Minnesota, Georgia, Florida, Nevada and California. Default ZLDV-Zaldiva, Inc. Hires Steele Consulting 10/15

Zaldiva Hires Steele Consulting
Zaldiva Completes Plan to Become Market Leader in Comic and Collectable Retail and eAuction

Press Release
Source: Zaldiva, Inc.
On 7:30 am EDT, Thursday October 15, 2009
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zaldiva, Inc., A Florida Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ZLDV - News), (Xetra/Frankfurt Exchange: UZ8) and a leader in Pop Culture collectibles, comic books, memorabilia and auctions headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida today announced that it has completed a strategic plan to become the market leader in the Comic and Collectable market in both the Retail and eAuction space.

The strategic plan highlights the vast market directly addressable by Zaldiva. According to Robert Steele, President of Steele Consulting, "Zaldiva is in an active market. In the direct sales of comic books, Marvel (MVL) was recently purchased by Disney for approximately $4 billion. Marvel did $111 in publishing revenue in 2008, which Diamond Comic Distributors stated was 37.2% of the market making the comic book publishing market approximately $300m."

The strategic plan details the opportunity for Zaldiva, Inc. to consolidate specialty comic stores leveraging economies of scale and creating a premium comic retailer with increased market reach and profitability. Mr. Steele went on to add, "Diamond states that they receive data from 4000 sources in the US, so we believe there are 4,000 potential acquisition partners for Zaldiva in the United States."

"By joining together as a group, Zaldiva stores would be able to get a jump on competitors by having new titles potentially faster than other stores," stated Nicole Leigh, CEO of Zaldiva, Inc.

Ms. Leigh also stated, "A unique part of our business model is our eBay eAuction service. We find that our comic and collectible products generate substantial foot traffic into the store. Our comic book customers come in and learn that we can put their unwanted items on eBay and give them a check. The comic book business averages 55% gross margin and the eBay service itself averages about 34% gross margin, but the two lines of business help generate more foot traffic from a larger, more diverse group to the store, maximizing our investment in overhead."

"I am impressed with the knowledge that Zaldiva's management team has regarding the comic space. Many consolidation plays lack a team that has knowledge and passion in the space that they approach," stated Mr. Steele. Steele went on to say, "In their last three quarters, the Company has delivered 40% to 45% gross margins, and the majority of the posted losses are non-cash. The strategic plan we have developed shows that at a $4 million run rate, the Company's business model could have EBITDA of approximately 22%. I find that similar businesses in the catalog and mail order space trade at an average of 17 times EBITDA. If Zaldiva were to use their public currency to purchase 30 stores, they could be a company with revenues of $20 million a year with significant market capitalization."

Default ZLDV News

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zaldiva, Inc., A Florida Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ZLDV - News), (Xetra/Frankfurt Exchange: UZ8) and a leader in Pop Culture collectibles, comic books, memorabilia and auctions headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida today announced that it has hired Stephen Ballard as EVP. Mr. Ballard has been brought in to help facilitate Zaldiva's roll-up strategy.

After years of building up the brick and mortar business and creating a unique system of generating revenue, Zaldiva is poised to embark on a roll-up strategy of the comic and collectible market. With over 4000 independent dealers nationwide, the industry is ripe for a roll-up that provides an exit strategy for the independent owners and a growth strategy for Zaldiva. By bringing the eBay auction revenue stream, currently representing approximately half of Zaldiva's revenues, to existing independently owned comic and collectible stores, the benefits are exponential.

With 14 years of executive management experience in commercial real estate and in the electronics industry serving customers including Motorola and Tyco, among others, Mr. Ballard will be responsible for streamlining and proceduralizing the current operation so the concept can be replicated through acquisitions. "Steve's experience in the electronics manufacturing industry provides us with the structure and efficiency that we need to take the business to the next level," said Nicole Leigh, CEO of Zaldiva, Inc. "We are very good at what we do, and Steve brings us the expertise we need to allow us to be faster and more efficient so we can generate more revenue within the existing cost structure. He will be integral to our efforts to duplicate the concept which we need for a successful roll-up strategy," continued Leigh.

"Zaldiva has created a business model that can almost immediately increase, then double, revenues within a company's existing cost structure. And, the market is so fractured currently that a roll-up strategy that also brings a new revenue stream is a great opportunity for us as well as for every potential acquisition," Mr. Ballard stated. "I'm excited about the concept because it just makes sense on every level, to both independent owners and to Zaldiva's investors."
