(Pinksheets:THRA - News) has finalized the purchase of Bella Vita Clinic and has now assumed 49% ownership of the clinic which is located in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) of Ontario. Bella Vita Clinic will immediately begin to mirror the Therma-Med business model of clinic ownership, while continuing to provide the professional support services and medical procedures they have been performing since 2002.

Bella Vita Clinic has been in operation now for the last 7 years in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and treats approximately 1100 patients. The clinic is experiencing steady growth to its patient base as it is located in a high traffic centre within an affluent neighborhood. Bella Vita Clinic has recently added DITI (Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging) to its already existing Registered Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services.
