Wally....It was myself who had that post removed on Ihub ...I have had several removed over the weekend ..Chuck is correct 3 different aliases are on the board with nothing positive to say about the company or the stock...In fact it could be the same person with 3 different aliases posting , I know that sounds a bit paranoid but , believe me it is not uncommon ...Basically all I posted was this in a nutshell --I was accused of manipulating the stock and doing it illegally , without a disclaimer ect...and the board was warned with a statement that I was a red flag that the company was being pumped for the sole reason of , I was hired by front loaders who were about to dump the stock...I simply replied that I had never sent any e-mails out without full disclaimer/disclosure and pointed out where to find it..At the bottom of all my e-mails in bold red letters..Also that if their should be a red flag it should be anyone who posts consistently negative on a message board and has no interest in the company or stock ..why would anyone waste their time posting about a company they had no vested interest in ? That is still a mystery ...Was it because they were short , hired by shorts , or just nothing better to do with their time ..I also explained it did not matter to me the reason ..Just do not remove my posts and lets debate the stock publicly ..Well they did let 1 post go through and I intend to re-post there again once the market opens and their are people who can see my posts before they are removed ..I also contacted the owner of which I have known for quite some time and explained that I DID NOT want anyone banned or anything of that nature , just to be heard ,if I was not breaking any rules ..Happy trading everyone ..OTC-StockShark

Again congrats on all the members who profited from our Thursday night
alert on VTPK...The stock moved from .016 to .025 (hod) and then settling
at .02 on over 2 million in total volume .....Not a bad day at all , we expect
this week for the stock to continue it's upward trend ....I will be posting some
VTPK news from the past below along with the link to the latest VTPK chart..
Very bullish ...Please if you have not entered into VTPK do your own due diligence this evening because Monday looks to be a continuation of Friday's
102 % move up..The chart points to a possible run to .08 , back in June of this year VTPK had a nice run from just below .02 up to .06 in a matter of days ..
So if you did not move on Thursdays alert for Friday's move , not to worry
we feel VTPK has plenty left in the tank....

Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. Enters into LOI with Gutmen Investment Corp. to Provide Long Term Financing for Vertigo Parks

Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. announced it has entered into a LOI with Gutmen Investment Corp. to provide long term financing for its Vertigo Parks. Under the terms of the proposed agreement an initial line of credit in the amount $75 million will be extended in order to complete Vertigo's first theme park located in Buga, Colombia which is currently under construction. Additional funds will be made available to Vertigo upon meeting certain milestones with regards to its other proposed six parks. The completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions including, but not limited to, the approval of the transaction by the board of director of Gutmen Investment Corp. and the execution of a definitive agreement. The completion of the transaction is scheduled to occur in the next 90 days.
Vertigo Resorts Announces Completion of Model Villa


Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. announced that its first Time Share Model Home is complete at the Theme Park Site in Buga. Vertigo Resorts, a division of VTPK announced that the Model Villa is ready for tours. Vertigo Resorts plans to build 706, two story Villas which are each approximately 1503 square feet. The Time Share Community will ultimately plan for 3000 units. The time shares will be managed through a contract with RCI Communities Colombia Inc.
Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. Announces Initial Casino Concept for Buga Park

Vertigo Theme Parks Inc. announced it has finalized the initial conceptual design of its gaming facilities to be built within its Vertigo Theme Parks--Buga theme park. The initial plan will encompass over 150,000 sq. feet of casino space, which naturally will include all traditional style 'Las Vegas' table games as well as over 1,200 of the newest top of the line server based gaming machines, including the hottest games to be imported from around the globe. In addition there will be a high-end restaurant with international cuisine; several Vertigo Bars will also be located strategically within the space. The Casino will operate within the FREE ZONE territory of the park, and with a special governmental decree it will have advantageous taxation status, which will allow the overall operation of the Buga Theme Park to become even more profitable.

I thought i would touch base on VTPK again as it has been awhile. Imo the past 2 days we are seeing a new buyer step up to the plate with the intentions of accumulating a fairly sizeable position this is very evident with the new market maker that come on board yesterday As i have stated in the past i do believe that VTPK is a longer term play with a massive short position which i believe will eventually work to the longs advantage. I currently am still holding all of my shares without a thought of selling and hoping for the news neccessary to start the short squeeze very soon. I must also say congrats and thanks to all of the faifthful shareholders that has kept VTPK one of the tightest floats that i have ever seen. Good luck to us all.
