Innovative Designs, Inc. (IVDN.OB)

Innovative, exciting and huge potential for profits!

Please review http://www.idigear.com/, fascinating web site, products, and interesting information!

The name of the company is INNOVATIVE DESIGNS, (IVDN) their product(s): Current price. .32~

About 4 years ago, a friend, who is a stock broker, and a real smart guy introduced me to a company he had invested substantial monies into. Based on his suggestion alone, without doing any research on my own, I bought 54,400 shares @ around .52, since then I have given it to my Grandkids and at the moment I own only 50,000 shares of my own.. Of course the stock has done nothing for all this time.

The company has undergone a great deal of stress and difficulty the past few years, including an (involuntary) bankruptcy (based on a patent dispute, which they won), a flood that obliterated virtually everything, but they stuck around, thanks to its Chairman, who put everything he has on the line. While they had a rough time gaining traction for their product(s), the business seems to be finally taking off!

Their products are used by outdoorsman, hunters, fishermen, and a wide variety of other industries including the leading railroads who require protection against the elements. The jackets, overalls etc deliver optimum warmth and comfort with insulating, windproof, and waterproof protection, without the added weight, bulk, and expense of the competition.

A jacket that can protect you down to -.40 degree and weighs 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lbs!!!!!!!!! As opposed to competing products that don't protect to such low temps at much greater weight and bulk and yes, COST! Imagine, you an outdoorsman, or someone working or playing in the inhospitable outdoor elements, you don't want to be bound to a heavy cumbersome outfit, would you? Not when you can have a lightweight and flexible one. and it keeps you warmer and PROTECTS against rain, sleet and snow!

And IT FLOATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have videos up on the site detailing the significance of this!

The videos are here http://idigear.com/video.php

Think about this, your kids or your elderly parents want to take a swim, but you cant be there to keep an eye on em, and you fear for their safety, you know they wont wear a huge floatation design, what to do? Or those caregivers or therapists that use water aerobics for rehab with their disabled or otherwise challenged patients, what to do?

Problem solved, because the INSULTEX floats, and they make bathing suits out of them, you buy one for Junior, Granny etc, you equip all your patients with one, and no matter what, without the use of a heavy cumbersome flotation device, but with a stylish swimsuit, THEY ARE PROTECTED, THEY CANT SINK, THEY FLOAT!

Now before you think its ONLY for outdoor or cold activity uses,

It is perfect for HIGH FASHION because it is so THIN that it does Not compromise the drapeabilty, and other invaluable properties.............. they have fashion designers are already using it.

The list grows ever more, medical, military etc.

Insultex™ , the fabric, the protection of the future! But available NOW!

(Here I am thinking out loud and speculating. Wouldn't this be perfect for the military? Instead of soldiers carrying bulky gear in rugged weather, and having movements constricted, they can have lightweight protection against the elements with needed flexibility! Last week we all read of two US paratroopers in Afghanistan drowning due to the heavy clothing they wore. With lower weight, better element protection and buoyancy, wouldn't this be a perfect use for the ARTIC ARMOR line of apparel????????

Obviously the uses are widespread, beyond the outdoorsman and hunter, the website, is a great source of information!........................ But as Billy Mays the infomercial king was fond of saying................BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!!!!!!!

They have developed and tested a TyVeck like product, a housewrap that is far and away better in insulation power (and more) then all current products. This can be a huge deal in the housing market.

The field tests have gone well, and may soon start hitting the housing market

Until then, I feel comfortable enough to say, that this stock is NOT A TRADE, but rather an accumulate at this cheap price, and watch it grow.

How soon before a NIKE and or UNDER ARMOR looks at em and says, WE WANT YOU!

Please stay tuned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please always do your own DD, trust no one, verify everything assume NOTHING!

The website is a great source!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

http://idigear.com/video.php................its a fun website as well

NOTE OF CAUTION: Dont let the kids see it, cause they will want a whole bunch of the stuff

Most recent PR was out yesterday

Says MORE than I can possibly say

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwire - 08/10/10) - Innovative Designs Inc (OTC.BB:IVDN - News) sales for its 3rd quarter (May-June-July) showed an approximate 15% comp increase over last year. This was in spite of international sales in 2009 which accounted for approximately 78% of the total revenues in May, 2009. There were no international sales in the 3rd quarter of 2010.

A portion of the increase can be attributed to the addition of Alaskan retailers that have recently begun carrying IDIGear product.

Joseph Riccelli, CEO of Innovative Designs Inc, commented, "We will reach unprecedented sales for the upcoming 4th quarter. With August orders already packed and ready for delivery, we will sell well over 30 times what we did last year in August. With strong sales representation now in place in new territories such as Alaska, Canada and up and down the East Coast, things could get interesting."

One of the readers of this blog sent me a note

"Hey Windough, funny thing, I live in Alaska, they just introduced this stuff in our largest outdoor/sporting stores, selling like hotcakes on a freeing day, everyone raves about this!"

Thx for the note!

They're working phenomenally, the crew members out in the cold are
staying warm and comfortable even in the freezing wind and sea spray.
Our small boat operators and engineers have been wearing them while
doing transfers and with the combination of the suits and the gloves and
boots we ordered they have been very appreciative, so from myself and
the crew of the Porter thanks.

Nine Months Ended July 31, 2010 and 2009

The increase in revenue for the nine month period ended July 31, 2010, over the corresponding period ended July 31, 2009, was a result of our adding more retailers, internet sales and the entry into the Alaska market. During the period substantially all of our sales were for our Arctic Armor line of products. We expanded our Arctic Armor product line by adding mitts, hats and a tasseled cap. We also introduced a special edition Arctic Armor suit that is oil and jet fuel resistance and is anti-static. The suit costs more than our standard suit and will be offered on a limited supply basis.

The increase during the period in our selling, general and administrative expenses was partly on account of approximately $28,000 in professional expenses. We expect our fourth quarter to show a substantial increase in revenue over the comparable period. We continue to add more retailers including Canadian Tire. We continue to await the results of the sample yardage of our building wrap we sent out to builders and distributors.
