GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman, Sept. 23, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- O2Micro(R) International Limited (Nasdaq:OIIM - News), was issued 17 claims under United States patent number 7,583,067 for its Variable Power Output Regulator; a continuation of the invention issued August 2006 under United States patent number 7,095,217.
